This Term and Conditions (“Terms”) describes what this website is about. Velocity Novena on Oddle redirects you to place orders from a selection of individual food and beverage establishments (“F&B Retailer(s)”) websites who operate physical stores at UOL malls.

TERMS

Our website redirects you to various F&B Retailer(s) website where you can place order(s) at your discretion. The order you place with the F&B Retailer(s) through this portal may be delivered to you by an independent third-party food delivery services provider(s) (“Delivery Service Provider(s)”) or be made available for self-pick-up from the respective F&B Retailer(s) outlet during the time period as specified in the website or otherwise communicated by F&B Retailer(s).

Our website is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18 years old. By using this website, you represent and warrant to us that you are above the age of 18 years old and where applicable, you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use our website.

We do not own, sell or resell any food and beverages. URM is also not involved in the services provided by any third-party Delivery Service Providers. You understand that any order(s) that you place shall be subject to the product availability and location serviceability of the F&B Retailer(s) and/or the Delivery Service Providers.

The prices of food and beverage items reflected in the F&B Retailer(s) websites are determined solely by the individual F&B Retailer(s) and are listed for information only. URM shall not be responsible for any warranty in relation to the quality of the food and beverage products sold and delivered to you by F&B Retailer(s) and the Delivery Service Provider(s).

All food and beverages transactions are entered into between you and the relevant F&B Retailer(s) and may be subject to additional terms stated by the F&B Retailer(s) or by the Delivery Service Provider(s) the on the relevant ordering page as well as such standard terms of business as may from time to time be prescribed in relation thereto (“Transaction”);

We neither endorse nor assume any responsibility or liability arising in connection with any food and beverages order and delivered to you. Save as expressly provided under these Terms, we shall not have any obligation in connection with any food and beverages transaction(s);

We (i) shall not be responsible for procuring; (ii) do not warrant; and (iii) do not undertake, that you shall comply or have complied (whether in whole or in part) with the terms and conditions governing any food and beverages transaction(s);

You shall be solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any information you submit on or through the relevant F&B Retailer(s) website when placing an Order;

Each food and beverages order shall constitute an offer by you to purchase the said item, and be subject to the acceptance of the F&B Retailer(s) of that item. Any Order accepted by that F&B Retailer(s) shall constitute a separate Transaction entered into between you and that F&B Retailer(s) and the Delivery Service Provider(s).

You confirm, acknowledge and accept that URM are not party to any Transaction or any agreements that may be entered into between you and the relevant F&B Retailer. URM is not responsible and have no liability for any act, omission or breach of any obligations on the part of F&B Retailer(s) nor the Delivery Service Provider(s).

Placing any Order shall be entirely at your own risk, including without limitation as to satisfactory quality and/or performance of food and beverages and/or services received from F&B Retailer(s) and Delivery Service Provider(s). You shall be fully responsible for informing and satisfying yourself of the fitness, suitability, quality, legality, appropriateness, or any other aspect of the food and beverages before placing and/or accepting an Order.
